Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Collaborate with the development team to create innovative DeFi applications, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
2. Development Methodology: Implement effective software development practices to streamline processes.
3. Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex technical issues and staying updated on industry trends.
4. Security Oversight: Ensure application security and maintain high standards of code quality.
5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a productive development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
6. Cross Functional Support: Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for technical innovation.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to our technology.

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in fintech or DeFi industries.
2. 3+ years of experience leading software development teams.
3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address conflicting stakeholder requirements.
5. Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts (Solidity), and DeFi application development.
6. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Solidity and JavaScript.
7. Experience in managing and growing technical teams.
8. Excellent communication skills in a remote work environment.
9. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
10. Fluent written and spoken English is required.
