We’re seeking an experienced Director of Investor Relations (IR) to enhance communication with investors and maintain strong investor relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage investor relations, including communication with potential investors, analysts, and shareholders.
2.Organize and execute investor roadshows, such as conferences and conference calls, to boost the company’s visibility in the investor community.
3.Draft and distribute investor materials, including financial reports and press releases, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
4.Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and stock performance, providing feedback to management promptly.
5.Maintain the investor relations database, updating contact information and follow-up records regularly.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or related fields.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations or capital markets, NASDAQ-listed company experience preferred.
3.Proficiency in US capital market regulations and investor psychology, with effective communication skills.
4.Native English speaker (proficiency in Chinese Mandarin a plus), with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address market changes and investor concerns promptly.
6.Collaborative team player able to work closely with internal departments to advance investor relations.

Location:United States, with distributed/remote office setup. Travel to Singapore for business trips may be required.
