Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Growth to lead marketing strategies for our Web3 project. Ideal candidates have deep blockchain industry knowledge and proven brand growth in tech or finance sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Oversee marketing campaigns targeting Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency communities.
• Lead growth hacking initiatives for user engagement and retention.
• Manage social media presence and reputation.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitors for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product team for marketing materials.
• Manage social media platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Organize marketing functions and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze consumer insights and market data for strategy refinement.
• Create and manage marketing budget aligned with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Head of Marketing in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong strategic planning skills across branding and promotion.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Ability to leverage digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency industry essential.
