We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth to join us as a Senior Business Development Manager. 🌐 Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the deployment of our product suite with players in the Real World Asset industry, including both web3 and Traditional Finance (TradFi) sectors.
- Establish access to senior executives in financial markets through existing relationships with high-profile institutions, leveraging your deep experience in selling to these stakeholders.
- Lead our strategic direction and progress in the RWA landscape, bridging the gap between native web3 players and Traditional Finance institutions.
- Be hands-on with key relationships and deals to ensure progress.
🌐 Desired Requirements:
- Over 8 years of extensive deal experience with financial institutions, originating, negotiating, and closing large/strategic partnership or BD deals.
- Background in a large asset manager with a solid understanding of the asset management ecosystem in APAC, including regulatory requirements, major participants, and service providers.
- Extensive network of relationships across financial institutions in APAC, with the ability to connect and influence their strategic planning.
- Deep interest and experience in blockchains and crypto, preferably as a user/holder.
- Mandarin speaking ability is crucial for high-level discussions in Hong Kong, including the Greater Bay Area, where Fintech & Web3 leadership discussions are conducted in Mandarin.
